Illin' it

So I am pretty much dying of the Lupus and/or Scurvy and/or maybe its just the flu. Either way I might be getting bed sores from laying in bed all day. There is nothing on TV, I have managed to watch Over Her Dead Body and The Davinci Code, maybe 2 hours of the Food Channel which was just torture when Ina Garten made maple BACON. And I am now currently watching Ever After- I may need to stop since listening to Drew Barrymore's lisp is driving me bonkers. The only thing that made my day today was this delightfully hilarious Hillshire Farms commercial which I can't get enough of.

No good deed goes unpunished

This saying is SO true. I can't tell you how many times I've attempted to do something nice, and gotten screwed over for it. You know, like giving an old lady your seat on the train and then almost biffing it while being tossed around the car.

Good news: I gave blood yesterday and between that and giving a homeless man a dollar, I should be done with the good deeds until 2010.

Bad news: Went out last night. And I'm going to go ahead and blame it not on my poor decision making, but on the fact that my red blood cells were low.

Good News/Bad News

Good News:

-I went to the dentist and for ONCE have no cavities!

-Lost 2 whole pounds since the last time I weighed myself (Suck on that, Michael!)

-Just deep cleaned my whole room in hopes to not find any more centipedes

-Bruiser went to Vet for his annual shots etc. and he's healthy :)

Bad News:

-The vet cost me $233...

-I am accidentally watching Life in the Fab Lane again...Its like a car crash- I can't stop staring
